CANCELLED THIS WEEK – Parent & Child Meditation and Mandala Art with Theresa Kersey

This class is about exploring the mind through art.  Inner inspired master pieces will come forth.  This class we start first with meditation, exploring mental travel storytelling and a few yoga stretches.  Then you create your unique piece of art that could be mandala squares, circles, houses, flowers, anything that your hand asks you to do.  This is a follow your inner voice class.
