Mid-Morning Kripalu Yoga with Theresa Kersey 10:30 – 11:45am

Kripalu Yoga is an integration of mind, body and spirit.  Within our physical bodies are supple flows of energy which are called Prana Life Force, or sometimes known as your Chi.  Kripalu Yoga works with the rhythmic energy pulsations of your Prana “breath” to create a connection with self and soul and balance within the body.  This is a gentle morning class suitable for all body types and ages. Cost is $15.00 per class
