Kripalu Yoga is an integration of mind, body and spirit. Within our physical bodies are supple flows of energy which are called Prana Life Force, or sometimes known as your Chi. Kripalu Yoga works with the rhythmic energy pulsations of your Prana “breath” to create a connection with self and soul and balance within the body.
