Carol graduated with a Masters of Arts in School Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2000. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Carol worked as a nurse and fitness expert.


She combines her life experience and knowledge as a psychologist in a very compassionate way to support her clients. Carol successfully combines her love of mind-body connection with her traditional training. She creatively and intuitively integrates meditation, guided imagery, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Reiki into her work, empowering her clients to help themselves. Dr. Sid Sodhi is a retired professor of counselling psychology/special education at Dalhousie University from 1970-95. He is a registered psychologist (1982) specializing in motor vehicle accidents, veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder issues and youth and adults with emotional and addiction problems. Dr. Sodhi’s other areas of interest include anxiety, depression, vocational counselling, marital counselling, grief bereavement and loneliness of seniors.


Dr. Sodhi is a genuinely caring senior psychologist with an upbeat, enthusiastic and proactive personality. He speaks Panjabi, Hindi, Urdu with multicultural clients. He helps newcomers to Canada develop cultural competencies. Dr. Sodhi helps his clients to reframe their lives with their own strengths and awaken their inner intelligence.

Dr Marc Blumberg


Dr. Marc Blumberg is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist with over 20 years experience helping adults, teens, children, and families understand and overcome difficult challenges. In addition to treating patients in private practice, Dr. Blumberg has been on staff at the IWK Health Centre in Halifax, and in Miami, Florida, at the Mailman Center for Child Development, at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Blumberg has also taught a variety of graduate and undergraduate psychology courses at Universities throughout North America. He is currently adjunct faculty in the Psychology Department of Saint Marys University, where his courses have included Counselling & Psychotherapy, Behavior Problems in Children, and Adolescent Development.

D. Angel Reyes-Giacalone


For over a decade Angel has offered Spiritual Consultations utilizing the variety of skills she’s acquired thru extensive training with Spiritual Teachers a and Master Healers from all over the world. She is a life long student spending most of her “spare” time in the classroom. She is a former Graduate of NSCAD University, a Professional Aromatherapist, Sri Sri Yoga Instructor, Certified Angel Card Reader, and has a Major in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. She attended two years of a Masters in Counselling program specializing in Art Therapy from Athabasca University in Calgary.


Angel is a Registered Acupuncturist and The Director of Marketing for The Canadian Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada-NS Chapter. She has a contagious positive outlook on life with a genuine understanding of the need to maintain a balanced perspective in the world. She is the founder of the Halifax Body, Mind & Spirit Expo, which is presented annually at the Halifax Forum. Her passion for Alternative Medicine can be viewed at this expo containing a gathering of over 100 local like-minded exhibitors.


Angel herself is an educator and facilitates numerous ‘New Age’ courses in Astrology, Tarot, Crystal Healing, Yoga, Aromatherapy and Psychic Development etc. Helping others connect to their true nature and purpose in life is her main focus and passion. She’s currently co-developing unique private weekend wellness retreats, which aim to launch late this fall.

Crystal MacNeil Yoga Instructor

Crystal moved to Halifax 17 years ago to attend Dalhousie University.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Four years later she received her Certification in Counselling. She became interested in yoga the day she was discharged from the heart floor at the QE2 for congestive heart failure due to a virus. Seven years ago she began her journey as a yoga practitioner. “Practicing yoga is the reason my heart has healed today”. She truly believes that Yoga Postures, along with Pranayama Practice and Meditation, does improve the balance, strength and flexibility of an individual’s internal and external body.


Crystal completed her 200hr certification in Hatha Yoga at Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio. She teaches different styles of yoga, relaxation techniques and gentle movements that all help with the mobility, balance and strength of the body including; Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kripalu, Gentle Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Guided Visualization/Yoga Nidra, Breath Work, Meditation . She also teaches Hatha Vinyasa; including Arrival, Warm up, Sun Salutations, Flow, Single Postures, Cool Down and Savasana.


Crystal believes yoga is for everyone. Her heart is with yoga and she wants to share her knowledge and growth with others. “I am grateful for each moment I have teaching and learning from teachers and students”. She has always been passionate towards assisting others in healthy daily living. Yoga is growth, love, fun and compassion with yourself and others. “The light in me sees the light in you, each and every one of you”.

Scosha Diamond is Indigenous, and was born and raised in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador. She practices all modalities from the five foundations of Indigenous Chinese Medicine which is yin-yang, meridians, 5 elements, holism, and qi.  She is an intuitive medic and nourishes the basic goodness of the human sensory -our five senses of touch, taste, smell, sight, and hearing. Each person is born with these five instincts, Chinese Medicine understands the basic logic of the senses, and nourishes the common sensory being aligned with nature, which is the formation of our intuition, or natural instincts.

A kind, thoughtful and compassionate person, Nanette is on her own spiritual journey and is an integral part of the day-to-day operations at Enigma.

Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s University and a diploma from Success College. She has a diverse background in customer service and administration. In addition to her role at Enigma, Natalie also works with the government and as a Mary Kay consultant.


She loves meeting new people and enjoys being part of a supportive team that appreciates others and puts staff and clients first.

Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation

Terra completed the Power of Awareness Mediation Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield at the Greatest Good Science Centre, University of California Berkeley. She is also a certified vibrational sound therapist (levels 1, 2 and 3) from Atma Buti Sound and Vibration School.


Terra offers Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation the last Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. When played, the vibration of the bowls resonates at the same frequency as our body’s chakra system. Participants typically experience a greater sense of clarity, relaxation and groundedness.
